A1 Pay

The A1 Pay payment method lets customers pay for goods and services online using their A1 mobile balance.

Payment flow with widget integration

The customer initiates a payment on the merchant's website.
The customer selects A1Pay as the payment method on the payment widget.
The widget displays a link to the A1 website.
The customer gets redirected to A1 website where they log into their account or into their My A1 app and confirm the payment.
After the payment has been processed, bePaid sends the merchant a notification containing the transaction result. If the transaction status is successful, the notification will contain transaction.payment.rrn parameter with the receipt identifier in the A1 system.
The payment widget displays the final payment result.

Payment flow with Server-to-Server integration

The customer initiates a payment on the merchant's website.
The merchant sends a payment request to bePaid.
In response, bePaid returns a weblink to A1 website.
The merchant displays the weblink to the customer.
The customer follows the link to the A1 website, logs into their account or into their My A1 app, and confirms the payment.
Once the payment has been processed, bePaid sends the merchant a webhook notification containing the transaction result. If the transaction status is successful, the notification will contain transaction.payment.rrn parameter with the transaction receipt identifier in the A1 system.
The merchant returns an HTTP 200 OK response.
The merchant sends a transaction query request.
bePaid returns the transaction status.
The merchant displays the final payment status to the customer.

Date and time until which the payment can be completed. Format (ISO 8601): YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssTZD, where YYYY – year (for example, 2026), MM – month (for example, 02), DD – day (for example, 09), hh – hours (for example, 18), mm – minutes (for example, 20), ss – seconds (for example, 45), TZD – time zone (+hh:mm or –hh:mm). If omitted, the expiration time is determined by the default payment link and QR code lifetime configured for your gateway. Use this parameter to override the default expiration time for a specific payment.

return_url

URL to return the customer to when the transaction is completed.

Use the value of the transaction.a1pay.web_url parameter to redirect the customer to the A1 website.

Additional response parameters for a1pay method are described in the table below:
